Terms of Use

These terms govern the IP check and lookup service (the “Service”) provided by IP Lookup (ip.those.kr, the “Site”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Site provides, free of charge and without an account, a check of your own IP address and lookups of the location and ISP of IP addresses and domains.

2. Accuracy

• IP location and provider information is an estimate based on public databases and may be inaccurate.
• Results do not identify a person or an exact address, and you are responsible for decisions based on them.

3. Your obligations

You must not:

• send excessive automated requests that disrupt the Service;
• scrape or copy the Service in bulk for use elsewhere;
• hack, probe or bypass the Service’s security;
• use the Service to track or harass others or for any unlawful purpose.

The Site may restrict access for users who break these rules.

4. Intellectual property

Rights to the Site’s design, software and text belong to the operator. IP location data belongs to DB-IP.com and is provided under CC BY 4.0.

5. Changes and interruptions

The Site may change or discontinue all or part of the Service, and it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided free and “as is”. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Site is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service or from inaccurate results.

8. Changes to these terms

Changes will be announced on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
